Job Summary:
The Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and management of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator applications. The role involves working closely with various departments to optimize business processes, improve data management, and drive CRM strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho products, with a proven ability to create customized solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Zoho CRM Management:
o Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM to meet business needs.
o Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho CRM.
o Create and manage reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance.
o Provide ongoing support and training for Zoho CRM users.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho CRM functionalities.
· Zoho Creator Development:
o Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator to automate and streamline business processes.
o Integrate Zoho Creator applications with other Zoho products and third-party applications as needed.
o Develop custom forms, reports, and dashboards within Zoho Creator.
o Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator, including implementation, customization, and management.
· Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process automation.
· Proficiency in scripting and coding within Zoho Creator (e.g., Deluge scripting).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Consultant, Zoho Creator Developer) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with other Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Projects) is a plus.
· Familiarity with APIs and integration tools.
· Experience in project management or business analysis.
