Zoho Books

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Zoho Books/ERP Specialist having experience of around 1-2 years to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing our Zoho Books and ERP systems. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that financial data is accurate, secure, and readily accessible. Your expertise will help streamline our accounting processes and enhance our overall operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • System Implementation: Lead the implementation of Zoho Books and other ERP modules, ensuring proper configuration and customization according to business requirements. 
  • Data Management: Oversee the migration and management of financial data within Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and integrity. 
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff on Zoho Books and ERP functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the financial workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Assist with internal and external audits as required. 
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Zoho Books with other systems and tools used within the organization. 
  • User Access Management: Manage user roles and permissions in Zoho Books to ensure data security and compliance. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience with Zoho Books and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
  • Proficient in financial reporting and data analysis. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Zoho certification) are a plus. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with other Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory) is an advantage. 
  • Experience with data migration and system integrations. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
