Job Description:

As Sr. Sales & Application Engineer you will be responsible for the continuous development, growth, and value creation for our customers securing organization’s position as a valued technical and commercial partner and a leading supplier in various regions/segments. You learn and then train customers and staff and ensure best practice engineering of organization’s solutions. You will be commercially and technically responsible for the sales result and Customer Relationship Management within mentioned sales region or segment.

Areas of Responsibility

· Identify and develop new market segments and customers.

· Identify growth opportunities and support in go-to-market strategy.

· Understanding customers’ application requirements and suggesting a suitable product

· Manage End to End Sales solution and operation cycle.

· Technical and Commercial agreements with the customers

· Customer Account management

· To perform ad-hoc activities/ projects assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

· Consultative Sales Experience in HVAC of 3 To 5 Years.

· Relevant experience in sales of technical or engineering products

· A solid technical background with an engineering degree

· Prior exposure and knowledge of the Refrigeration and cooling industry will be an added advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiations skills

· High level of enthusiasm and persistence in pursuing goals

· Highly structured, analytical, fact & details oriented

· Autonomous, Visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated
