Job Description
· Identify new FTL business opportunities and devise strategies to pursue them effectively for East & North East .
· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking potential leads and opportunities.
· Monitor sales and revenue targets, devising strategies to achieve them.
· Conduct market visits as required to identify potential vendors and customers.
· Team handling of 15 People & supervision in all operational activities of full truck load.
· Assess market demand and strategically place company vehicles at approved rates as well vehicle arrangement from market for contract customers .
· Coordinate with management to arrange indents from vendors/customers, ensuring timely communication within the team.
· Provide detailed briefings on company SOPs to brokers/transporters prior to vehicle placement.
· Handle branch-related issues related to vehicle placement, manual document updating, POD collection, and vehicle availability reporting.
· DEPS & loading unloading follow up .on time billing /Submission & collect payment on given timeline
· Involvement with fleet operation team to pursue smooth operations and placement for existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
· Proven experience in operations management, problem-solving, or related roles.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
